City Press Pile Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 2010 under the Myanmar Companies Act. U Khin Maung Wai was Founder and Managing Director of this Company since 2010.
Ever since its inception, the Company got encouragement from both private and public sector and had completed a number of Projects in all over Myanmar including Naypyidaw, Pathien, Mandalay and Mawlamyine.
In 2011, City Press Pile Co., Ltd. Successfully finished Thuwanna Football Stadium extension project with ACE Co, Htee Tan Jetty Project with Asia World Co. Ltd.
In 2012, CPP completed City Mart Supermarket (Tarmwe) Project with City Mart Co, Star City Condominium Project with FMI. In 2013 & 2014, CPP successfully completed Adidas Shoes Factory Project and Stada (Myanmar) Pharmaceutical Factory Project in ShweLinPan Industria Zone.
In 2015, 2016 CPP finished Indorama Project in Thilawar (SEZ) Zone with Hasty Power, 10 Luxury Condominiums Project with Universal Co and 4 Hospital Projects with Public Works of Ministry of Construction. Moreover, CPP completed Alidac (Myanmar) Pharmaceutical Project in SEZ with Zydus (India) and a lots of Condominium Projects in the whole Yangon City.
According to our different capacity of Managers, Staffs and Engineers, CPP successfully finished those project in a tight project schedule with International Standard Quality. Therefore, most of our clients satisfied CPP efforts and we are standing proudly in Myanmar and we accept that we are always trying to our best to get more satisfaction from CPP’s all clients.
